As a Senior Consultant at Gate2Growth, a leading innovation consultancy in Denmark, I leverage my expertise in exploitation, business models, funding strategies, and communication to help entrepreneurs and organizations turn their innovative ideas into sustainable solutions. I have over four years of experience in this role, and I hold a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Copenhagen Business School.I am currently the Exploitation Manager for several large-scale EU-funded projects, working with diverse consortia across various industries, such as med-tech, deep-tech, and construction. My main responsibility is to develop and implement viable business plans for the results of these projects, which address the challenges of the Green Deal and the circular economy. I also conduct workshops, presentations, and partner management as a Work Package Leader. Furthermore, I work as a funding partner with entrepreneurs, assisting them with their business strategy, funding strategy, and overall exploitation strategy.
