Louise emigrated to Melbourne in 1998 when she was asked to help open Hays Montrose. Specialising in Facilities Management recruitment, she helped to quickly establish the brand and grow a team. Her specialisation was recruiting at the senior/executive level for service providers, owners and blue chip corporations. In conjunction with this, she held National Account Management duties for PSA clients such as Spotless, United Group and Transfield Services.
