The success of these events relied heavily on sound planning, organised kitchen management and team work, all of which I displayed. I also had sole responsibility for photo shoot contributions to acclaimed magazines such as Food and Home; Garden and Home and Marie Claire. This involved idea generation and recipe selection to suit client brief as well as food preparation and styling for photographers.
