I am values driven and look for purpose in my work and have long held the belief that the corporate world has a pivotal role to play in tackling social and environmental challenges in both local and global communities. I believe that it is possible for business to be sustainable and socially responsible and can deliver good for all of its stakeholders profitably. I’ve worked agency and client side with over 25 years’ wide ranging commercial experience. Starting off as a research chemist and latterly leaning further towards marketing and communications, I have the ability to use connected left and right-sided thinking to unravel even the most complex brief.Having led the agency’s successful B Corp certification, and as co-chair for B Corp Kent, I also run a charity outside of work that raises funds to provide mental health counselling places to local schools. I am dedicated to giving back for the benefit of others.

The Weald Family Hub was established as a community-based response to declining mental health amongst children and young people in the Weald of Kent.The Weald Family Hub fundraises to provide mental health counselling places in local primary schools helping to build mental health resilience in the heart of the community and ensuring as many children receive help as quickly and effectively as possible. Since it began operations we have provided counselling to more than 250 children.
