As a design leader with 17+ years of experience, I specialise in shaping B2B, Enterprise, and SaaS products that drive real business impact. Currently I lead a team of 15 at the Financial Times, delivering value to over 1 million customers across three product areas.I’m primarily responsible for driving the design strategy behind our B2B portfolio - which represents 75% of the FT's readership and is the largest contributor to revenue, growing 10% year-over-year. Prior to this my career began in enterprise product design, where I spent a decade working with major brands like Sky and HSBC.
