An enthusiastic, highly organised Account Manager at ICM Creative Communications. I have 17 years Account Management experience in the creative industry with clients ranging from public sector organisations to fast paced retail. A primary focus in the last few years at ICM has been the health and safety industry, an industry that encompasses a number of my key accounts.I began my career in Business Development for a telecoms company. I then moved over to a Business Development role within a graphic design agency and have stayed within the creative industry ever since. Pareto Law run a series of assessments to find fresh graduates ready for a career in sales, they then place you with a client and begin a 6 week sales training programme.This was an exciting time for me to learn core sales techniques and apply these to my role at Billing Online. It was a new role which involved identifying opportunities for their pre-paid telecoms technology, cold calling and attending meetings all over the North of the UK.I was mainly selling to creative agencies so it was through Billing Online that my enthusiasm for the creative industry was born!
