In 2010, David Webb’s company was purchased by three investors, and the new owners pulled sixty years’ worth of archived designs from the archives and began producing them once again.• Providing improvisational Model Making for existing designs by retooling more efficient mechanical designs has been a specialty responsibility.• Provide Logistical Model Consulting to the CAD Department as they replicate David Webb designs, helping to refine the traditional designs into 3D digital models. • Country Link Product Line: Created specialized jigs to streamline production which resulted in the company's ability to quadruple production.• Collaborated with a colleague to revamp the production of a belt buckle with stainless steel coins, by embedding the coins within the wax model, eliminating the setting labor entirely and reducing assembly time by 60%.• Designed a “tongue” model for silver belt buckles which saved 50% of the required production time for 25% of the entire designer collection.• Innovated specialized production tools on a regular basis; which consistently reduced production time costs and while simultaneously increasing quality, beauty and design integrity; a specific example was my development of a tension clamp to reduce link production time. The clamp allowed us to cut every other link instead of every link, increasing the appeal of the jewelry and also reduced production time by 90%
