It’s a great pleasure for me to see young pupils of my association developing themselves and succeeding in projects they have set. I find great satisfaction when they reach their expectations and when I see them maturing so quickly in their professional and personal life. I have always enjoyed studying, especially foreign languages, a field in which I am passionate. But in 2010, the deep and rooted desire to become a complete man forced me to begin an apprenticeship as roofer. Since I was young I marveled at this craft and it has given the occasion to travel and learn a lot.Today, I work as coordinator for the development of “les Compagnons du Devoir” in Switzerland. “Les Compagnons du Devoir” have helped young professionals to improve their skills through travelling and living as a community for several centuries. The transmission of know-how and values remains the foundation our association, counting today 6000 apprentices and 3000 young people are on their training journey.In Switzerland, there are around forty of them every year in every linguistic part. I take pleasure presenting them this country whose know-how in every craft we propose at “les Compagnons du Devoir” is exceptional.
