I conducted research and writing across a broad array of practice areas including on constitutional criminal and juvenile procedure, sentencing and post-conviction litigation, civil rights, workers' compensation, complex civil matters, and original actions.

I represented clients in criminal defense matters, political organization matters, and political finance matters. Worked on a freelance basis for a prominent litigation and appellate attorney in the Cleveland area researching relevant case law and drafting briefs and other litigation documents.

I assisted with prosecution of computer and child pornography crimes. I did a substantial part of the work to draft and edit content for the first and second editions of the Massachusetts Guide to Digital Evidence..

I drafted pleadings, discovery, and motions filed in personal injury claims. I also assisted in several family law and criminal matters.

I researched and drafted bench memoranda regarding juvenile constitutional rights. I observed court proceedings, and advised on factual findings.

Conducted research on developments in the civil procedure and conflict of laws curricula. Conducted a survey on the recent circuit court treatment of Grable v. Darue Engineering, 545 U.S. 308 (2005).

Assisted with social security claims appealed in the United States Circuit Court for the Sixth Circuit. Drafted medical releases, evidence requests, client correspondence and other documents. Assisted with intake meetings with potential clients. Assisted clients in filling out function reports and other forms for their claims.

Campaign finance strategy development and database creation.

Drafted client letters and bills. Designed new letterhead and other office correspondence pieces. Assisted with pre-trial case research, court filings, and voir dire.
