I handled cases such as frauds, damages and claims in English, French, Spanish and Italian. Handled 15 to 20 contentious cases a day, ranging from daily rental issues to contentious claims with rentals worth over $5,000. I received 1,472 calls and 362 emails over the course of 3 months. My job also consisted in reporting issues and proposing solutions and ways to improve the website, app and overall platform.
