Current• Oversees the entire site at a manufacturing facility, including (but not limited to) Production.• Oversees product quality, ensures supplies are available, equipment is functioning properly, customers are satisfied, and engineering controls are in place.• Oversees creating, implementing, and coordinating a plan to ensure maximum profitability and reduce operating costs as well• Manages the direct and indirect labor budget, the capital equipment budget, as well as ensuring the necessary level of production capacity/test capacity are in place to prevent expedite costs and premium labor.• Oversees Manufacturing Engineering that includes developing and implementing manufacturing processes and methods to ensure continuous process flow and maximizes productivity, developing assembly guides and work instructions.• Oversees Quality Assurance to ensure consistent outputs are with zero errors, responds to customers complaints with root cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions are taken.
