As EVP and COO, responsible for all operations in the provision of managed security services in the newly defined Remote Security Guarding/Virtual Presence Market. The primary focus of activities involves ensuring the effective command, control and management of physical security for any commercial facility location from our Security Operations Command Center. Elite is leading the Remote Guarding revolution in the Security Guarding and Monitoring industries. We use a proprietary integration of staffing, technologies and processes to support real-time event observation, command and control over security at client facilities. Remote Guarding involves live communication, recording, storage,and distribution of real-time, event based audio, video and other data. From threat assessment, through system design, implementation and operation, Elite creates and manages military grade video analytic based digital guards to replace expensive and ineffective onsite security guards for intruder detection and problem resolution. Based on video alerts from highly effective Digital Guards, which never go to sleep, take breaks or make deals with criminals, Elite's highly trained, licensed and supervised agents operate from our Security Operations Command Center and partner with local law enforcement to prevent crime and losses, and do so more effectively than ever before thought possible. Elite's partnership with FBI-LEEDA, the premiere Law Enforcement association in the nation, to train its 6000 membership of police chiefs and other law enforcement executives on the benefits and uses of Remote Guarding is indicative of the transformational impact Remote Guarding is having on commercial loss and crime prevention.

Developed a customer driven, security focused world-class technology organization. Responsible for 155 staff in the delivery of nearly $200 million in technology operations and project expenditures in support of over 3000 airport system staff, 650 tenants and over 60 million annual passengers. Primary accomplishments include the establishment of an Airport IT Planning Model, formulation and implementation of a $150 million IT Security Master Plan and the ISO 9001-2000 certification of the IT Operations group.

Managed and directed all aspects of the division of CTS, which included a staff of 180 management, professional, technical and administrative personnel, with an annual operating budget in excess of $30 million and a Capital Budget of over $40 million. Primary CTS systems support over 60,000 Internet service accounts; 37,000 telephone lines; 6000 cable television viewers; and, radio communications for UCLA’s Fire and Police departments.

Indirectly provided capital market, cash management and other bank products. Serviced Far West Territory, which included Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and California. Hired as Management Development Associate and rotated through various departments of the bank, including Credit Policy, Cash Management and Capital Markets. Served for one year as bank’s worldwide telecommunications industry analyst.
