I draft application materials, prospectus and relevant BOD meeting documents with regard to tender offer projects. I am in the Capital Market practice group and the TMT industry group of the firm which is ranked Band 1 Leading Law Firm in Taiwan by Chambers Asia-Pacific (2019). In the past twelve months, I led due diligence teams for five M&A transactions. I represented my client to acquire CNS, the biggest Taiwan multiple-system operator, which made my team the only one that closes two or more cable TV M&A transactions in Taiwan in the past 5 years. I represented an AI-related startup company to close a Series B financing. I also assisted a Taiwan listed company to complete a share swap transaction to acquire another Taiwan listed company in the passive component industry.

I drafted and negotiated a wide range of contracts including OEM agreements, patent licensing agreements, and discretionary investment agreements. I assisted foreign companies to apply for the foreign direct investment approval (FIA) and establish subsidiaries in Taiwan. I represented Prosperity Cement (Asia) Limited in the anti-dumping investigations in Taiwan. I also advised multinational companies such as Microsoft, Intel, Formosa Petrochemicalson on competition law issues to avoid pitfalls they may encounter in their daily business in Taiwan. My biggest accomplishment during this period was to convince Taiwan Fair Trade Commission to approve the merger plan between Microsoft and Yahoo!.

I taught "Intellectual Property Law" in the Department of International Business to help sutdents who did not major in laws get a general yet clear understanding of IP laws and its practice.

I lead the Associate Editorial Member of the journal named Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy to review and edit contributions from renowned WTO scholars and practitioners. I also worked on legal and policy analysis and managed the process of the research projects such as "Legal Analysis of the Medicine Pricing in the National Health Insurance", "OECD Policy Framework on Investment", and "the Conflict and Corporation Between Trade and Environmental Protection".
