Responsibilities• Pro-actively manage transformation of Johnson Controls & Tyco merged European real estate portfolio of 553 properties, 700,000 m2 warehouses, manufacturing sites and offices.• Business Case Development, manage approval processes• Maintain relationships with business leaders, country managers• Roll out Global Real Estate Policies & Processes to establish central control• Liaise with Treasury, Legal, Risk, IT, Controlling departments• Manage portfolio of projects through local brokers, advisors, projectmanagers.Achievements• Implemented real estate footprint reduction program of €7 Million savings, reducing 120 leases across 72 project clusters after Johnson Controls acquisition of Tyco.• Continuous improvement of Global Real Estate Processes• Supported multiple real estate divestiture programs of former Johnson Controls businesses (Adient with 80 locations across Europe and Clarios with 20 locations)• Lead series of headquarter co-location projects for IMS Health, Agilent Technologies, and Johnson Controls & Tyco in Belgium, Germany, Austria.
