Want to learn about project management or talk about the improvement or development of project management capabilities? I am an advisor, practitioner, educator, and researcher in project management. Over the last 15 years as a certified project management professional, I have guided the development and installation of millions of square feet of public premier fan experiences for major sports leagues across North America and in China. I manage a PMO in the healthcare industry, monitoring projects ranging from technological infrastructure to treatment model implementation, and am a member of a group of project management leaders in the healthcare sector from across the province sharing knowledge and lessons learned. I teach project management in post-secondary institutions and am currently a master’s student in communication and culture with a focus on project studies and what can be learned from creatively-driven projects.
