My principal areas of practice are Taxation, Estate and Business Succession Planning and Employee Benefits. I am currently President of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC). I am a former member of the faculty of the University of Miami School of Law Graduate Program in Estate Planning, a former adjunct professor of law at the University of Richmond Law School (1978 until 2006), and was on the faculty at the University of San Diego School of Law in 2009.
