As Senior Commercial Services Manager and Senior International Airlines Technical Pool (IATP) Delegate at A J Walter Aviation my responsibilities fall within three distinct functions: • Pre-contract commercial: bid management in response to formal customer RFP’s and development of new business opportunities from inception through to contract award. Cost analysis, pricing, drafting of commercial agreements and contract negotiation. Work closely with senior management team.• Post-contract commercial: account management, contract amendments and new business development.• Day-to-day management, training and support of junior team members.Successfully delivered numerous high-profile strategic contracts worldwide.
