The principal and director of operations with Pasenti Concrete, Inc., Louis Pasciuto draws on more than 15 years of experience to lead projects through all stages of construction. He estimates costs and creates bids, plans construction sequences, and ensures compliance with all regulations on projects that include foundations and superstructures for private and municipal clients in New York City. Above all, Louis Pasciuto focuses on structural integrity and the safety of his crews.Since joining Pasenti Concrete in 2014, Mr. Pasciuto has worked on projects such as laying a foundation and superstructure for a 16-story building at 814 Amsterdam Avenue in New York City and an 11-story building at 465 Washington Street. He has also completed multiple projects for the New York Department of Design and Construction, including installing fiberglass sheeting for several bulkheads.In addition to his role at Pasenti Concrete, Mr. Pasciuto has been a journeyman dock builder and foreman since 2005. In this capacity, he helped create the bridge pier foundations for the Belt Parkway Cofferdams and piles and footings for Sanitation Depot West Side Highway.
