And finally I am what I do.This is my story. I recklessly dived into a maze of career and education opportunities. I got lost. It was about the experience. I picked fruit and once gutted chickens for a living. I studied law, IT, theology, photography, and psychology … Dropped out of university, once. Completed a degree with distinction, twice. What makes me tick - people. I am fascinated by their relationship with work and how organizations can knit them together to create something extraordinary. Life is short. And for now my motto is borrowed: Use things not people, love people not things. I am a father of four and seeing the world through their eyes (not CNN’s) is what keeps me going.What I do is who I am.
