Louis is a Talent Acquisition leader, currently at Pursuit.org. He was formerly the Director of Talent Acquisition at Kindbody. Previously, he held similar positions at Redesign Health and Galileo Health, where he led recruiting efforts for executive hires, corporate functions and clinical roles across digital health and care delivery businesses. Prior to that, Louis worked at Korn Ferry, where he recruited for executive technology leadership across various industries, globally. Past clients include Technology-Enabled Startups, FinTech firms and Fortune 500 Financial Institutions. He is adept at growing and scaling businesses through their most important asset—their people. Louis is a player/coach with a passion for making a lasting impact and thrives on living authentically and empowering both individuals and organizations to grow.
