My primary responsibility is to extend the operational and commercial capacities of our luxury branch of LOGAERO, with a strategic focus on establishing a new office in China through the support of our parent company: Herport Group. In this role, I have to:- Expand our market presence in the luxury sector by identifying and securing new business opportunities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for entering the Chinese market- Leverage the resources and expertise of HERPORT to ensure a seamless and successful expansion.- Drive revenue growth and enhance our operational capabilities to meet the demands of the luxury customers

Simplon.co is an accredited social and solidarity-based start-up committed to inclusive, solidarity-based, and responsible digital technology. It aims to train people who are far from employment in digital professions that are in short supply, to reintegrate them into the workforce.I had a fourfold mission:- Business prospecting and development (targets: companies with less than 500 employees)- Create partnerships with companies for training or sponsorship purposes.- Extend Simplon's influence in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.- Assist the regional director in defining strategy.- Carry out technological and competitive intelligence.I created partnerships with companies to sell work-linked training. I contacted more than 1,000 companies in the region to find out what their needs were in terms of digital skills: computer technicians, system administrators, web developers, artificial intelligence developers, etc.

To satisfy an increased demand following the first confinement as well as a desire of the CEO to redesign the strategy of his real estate agency, I was recruited for a period of three months to move forward at a fast pace with the projects in progress and to come.The CEO of this agency specializing in the sale of high-end country houses had given me three objectives: to digitize the company's information flow, to create a new communication strategy, and to help with sales.Results:- Set up a CRM adapted to the real estate sector and agency needs- Create flyers to simplify information gathering by customers- Sold a house €320.000 worth

Tank is a chain of stores specializing in handcrafted juices, smoothies, salads, and wraps with 90 across New Zealand.I had a multi-skilled job that involved receiving customers, placing orders, and managing stocks.This experience taught me humility, rigor, and how to work with Anglo-American management.

Recruited at the very beginning of the company and before the website launch, I had to contact hunting professionals (B2B) to offer their experiences for sale at the launch of the platform.Results:- Team leader of three internship salespeople: targets distribution according to team members.- Sales strategy and sales ritual creation: negotiation tree to consider discussion scenarios with clients + Wednesday's sales meeting.- Sales tools implementation: HubSpot + Google Sheet prospecting file.- Meet the founder's objectives: having 300 offers as soon as the site opened.

As the first collaborator recruited in the structure, I had to assist the two founders in their daily tasks:- Realize a prospection file.- Analyze the files of financing of customers to make risk reports/analyses.- Create support of presentations for investors.
