As Chief Operating Officer for ExchangeRight Real Estate ($6B+ AUM), I collaborate with the Partners and Executive Leadership team to develop and execute business, operational, and transformational strategy, develop leaders, nurture a healthy culture, and provide executive direction to the Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Media Relations, Software Engineering, AI & Data Science, Information Technology, and Sales teams. Prior to joining ExchangeRight I worked as a strategic marketing and business development consultant (2012–2019); co-founded, profitably operated, and sold a boutique corporate compliance firm dedicated to serving sponsors of alternative investment offerings and their investors (2008–2012); and operated as a serial entrepreneur going back to 2002. I hold an M.A. in Philosophy from Gonzaga University and a B.A. in Intercultural Studies with a minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University.
