• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) Materials Supply Chain (SC) Readiness World Wide / Multiple Customers (working new and existing Domestic and Foreign suppliers)• Manage NPI product SC Materials Ramp through Production World Wide / Multiple Customers• Create and manage Product SC Materials Processes / Improvements between Customers and Flextronics to ensure common interface to Customer, and multiple manufacturing sites World Wide• Institutionalize Global Common Best SC Practices for Customers and Flextronics (Cost / Quality)• Manage / support early involvement + set ground rules with Customers, from project definition through mass production• Manage / support World Wide vertical integration, SC localization, country specific requirements (ex: NAFTA) and claims to meet Customer and Flextronics cost management and reduction commitments• “Relationship” management between Flextronics and Customers to drive best case business partnership

Manage Libertyville (IL) + Plantation (FL) North America prototype material planning and scheduling process to ensure PROTO Materials Readiness in line with Libertyville (IL) PROTO Development Build Operations.• Owns Libertyville (IL) GNPO PROTO Materials Readiness.• Manage cross functional team of Material Specialist / Analyst to ensure on time delivery of materials + materials setups for scheduled proto builds.• Manage Libertyville (IL) GNPO PROTO materials warehouse (including all required control functions / processes to maximize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the inventory levels).• Support functions include: PROTO Materials demand planning, shortage reporting, offshore team communication / partnership with China PROTO Materials Teams, supplier communication, Development Engineering partner and computer-based tracking of material status (Oracle R12 + Internal Web based tools).

Led department which globally manages and consistently secures continuity of material supply for Mobile Devices and iDEN PROTO builds, as well as management of New Product Ramps, Transfers and Launches at Motorola sites and Outsource Manufacturing (China, Penang, Singapore).

Responsible for Plantation Florida’s iDEN / NEXTEL Manufacturing and NPI operations, 4 Front End (SMT) lines, 3 Radio Assembly lines, build materials and NPI PROTO activities for state of the art communications devices.

Manager for cost, quality and delivery goals of Front End (SMT) operations from '96 - '98, then Manager for Back End (Assembly) from '98 - '00 for iDEN / NEXTEL factory and NPI builds, 24 / 7.

Responsible for iDEN’s cost, quality and delivery goals for 1 Front End through Radio Assembly line. Establish and supervise new Optima production lines.

Responsible for equipment and process support / maintenance for the JEDI manufacturing lines (Solder processes, new SMT Pick and Place Equipment and reflow processes).Responsible for corrective action activity for Pick and Place Equipment and reflow processes.

Responsible for Plantation facility equipment and process support / maintenance.

Responsible for equipment and process support / maintenance for plating, painting and plastic manufacturing operations and Engineering Prototype support.
