Consulting, building and deploying overall Digital Marketing Strategy: Google Adwords, SEO, Website, Facebook Ads, Forum, Email Marketing,

- Display as Gucci standard each new season to show customers what Gucci is, what purpose of display method is, which campaign and merchandises focus on. - Maintain and develop Gucci brand management at Vietnam by following up Gucci standard strictly in detail about visual for each season, store displaying with window, wall bay, nesting table, center lead, signages, new folding, etc…. -Change new window, mannequins style, visual, pop .v..v for each campaign. -Arrange merchandises properly, make mannequins outstanding to attract customers to come and purchase -Think creative ideas to make stores nice, new and attractive to customers. -Provide right signages (shelftakers, wallsigns, calls out, pop) to make customers understand merchandises clearly and focus running program. - Manage display in store. Go to stores directly everyday to check visual store and make everything properly. - Find out suitable suppliers and contractors to implement projects each season. - Combine with marketing, sale team and product team as running new promotion and events to have the best sales.- Training the product knowledge to support Sales Dept.
