Myself and my colleagues at Combat Ready teach Leadership based off lessons learnt from the battlefield. The same principles apply to business and your personal life. We utilize the "4 Laws of Combat Leadership" & "The Mindsets to Victory" to provide a framework for solving your leadership challenges.Our training is very practical, even our classroom workshops are 15% theory, 25% demonstration and 60% practical. In addition we conduct "Field Training Exercises" which are extremely practical training days, which function like a "Leadership laboratory" to bring out your Leadership strengths and highlight the areas you need to work on.I myself have never served in the military, however I utilized these lessons and frameworks to enable the growth of Comedy Estonia. The military examples make the principles very clear and then I am your guide in how we map these lessons to business and life.We are proudly official partners of Jocko Willink & Echelon Front in the Nordics and Eastern Europe.

As Comedy Estonia grew I felt I could provide the most value by focusing on developing and mentoring comedians.

In 2010 the art form of Stand Up Comedy didn't exist in Estonia. A few friend of mine and I started to do small shows, standing on coffee tables and hustling as hard as we could to introduce the audience to this new kind of performance.We grew from this small beginnings to a nationally touring production company and talent management agency. Our group was the starting point for the most well known names in Estonian Stand Up today.Our big goal was to make Stand Up established part of the culture in Estonia and I am very proud to say we have achieved this.
