By imbuing formative engineering processes into the iterative innovation process, interviews with collaborating surgeons and potential patient groups helped ensure the device met end-user needs. This helped to rectify design parameters throughout development to meet regulatory standards, as well as build a network of interested surgeons to boost traction.- Championed the research for a go-to-market strategy, supported by design reviews and gap analysis of the IP landscape, in tandem with product development.- I am currently in the process of finalising information necessary to file Efyra Medical’s first patents in 2024.
