Direct the activities and productivity of the entire organisation. Mainly dealing with customers and organising production. Work with the Assistant Director to sustain and grow programs and service. Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organisation, such as Digital Printing, Offset Printing, customised Paper Creations, Embossing, Die-Cuttings, Hot-foil Stamping, Thermography, Spot UV Varnish, Lamination, Spiral or Perfect Binding.
