From time of hire through sale process, businesses’ EBITDA grew significantly and company reduced its cost of capital from 8.5% to 4.5% through a refinancing. -> Responsible for due diligence, financing, integration and coordination of legal entity and tax.

Worked with new CEO to roll out operating strategy and cadence driven by six strategic initiatives focused on growth, price, integration, Lean, talent development and cash flow. From time of promotion into this role, businesses’ EBITDA grew by 80% with 460bps of margin expansion, $100 million of debt was paid down and company reduced its cost of capital.

-> Key negotiator in four refinancings related to acquisitions totaling approximately $185 million in additional debt and adding approximately $45 million of EBITDA in their first full year after closing.-> Changed the worker’s compensation program which generated greater transparency on costs resulting in expenses decreasing from $2.0 million to $1.0.
