Delivery of end to end recruitment process for Deutsche Bank across different teams such as Chief Data Office, Global Technology, Corporate Services, Payment Operations and Client On boarding/KYC Operations.Lead high volume recruitment projects – responsible for build out of new KYC/Client On boarding team (100+ new hires - Graduate to Director level). Involved in key recruitment process improvement projects – e.g Direct Sourcing Project Champion for Dublin office. Liaise with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, both locally and globally. Discuss open roles, advise on volume of applicants/candidates, resourcing strategy and provide market updates. Review high volume applications (internal and external) and manage the candidate selection and interview process through use of the Recruitment Coordination team.
