Delivery of end to end recruitment process for Deutsche Bank across different teams such as Chief Data Office, Global Technology, Corporate Services, Payment Operations and Client On boarding/KYC Operations.Lead high volume recruitment projects – responsible for build out of new KYC/Client On boarding team (100+ new hires - Graduate to Director level). Involved in key recruitment process improvement projects – e.g Direct Sourcing Project Champion for Dublin office. Liaise with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, both locally and globally. Discuss open roles, advise on volume of applicants/candidates, resourcing strategy and provide market updates. Review high volume applications (internal and external) and manage the candidate selection and interview process through use of the Recruitment Coordination team. Responsible for completion of a HR interview. Stay abreast of market and employment trends and provide regular market information from both internal (MI) and external sources. Work closely with Recruitment Coordination and Direct Sourcing teams in offshore support centre.
