Under Mr. Nazirides's leadership, WESCO Energy Solutions developed a national design-build lighting retrofit offering that covered the North America and Internationally. This included the recruitment of key professionals of immediate team members, education and outreach to the 400 plus WESCO branch offices, and development of strategic partnerships with electrical contractors across the country. Additionally, Mr. Nazirides secured key partnerships with the NAESCO Accredited ESCOs that help secure a $100 Million of booked business.

Pro-Tech Energy Solutions, LLC is a privately held energy construction company focusing on engineering, procurement and construction services for commercial and utility scale solar PV projects. Mr. Nazirides joined the company to start-up a design-build energy efficiency and distributed generation services. Responsible for the day-to-day operations including building team and business development. Additionally, Mr. Nazirides developed a professional services offering (energy consulting) and invested & spun off an MBE Certified mechanical contracting firm. In mid-2014, Pro-Tech launches into 100% renewable energy and grants Mr. Nazirides full access to energy efficiency clients in next role.

Constellation, an Exelon company, is a leading competitive energy company providing power, natural gas, renewable energy, and energy management products and services for homes and businesses across the continental United States.Mr. Nazirides was recruited by CLT to open the company’s first branch office in Philadelphia as the Regional Manager. Responsible for planning and developing business strategy across eastern PA, DE, and NJ. Responsible for day-to-day execution of business plan for Eastern Region, including hiring and development of office staff; led the engineering and construction team recruitment.

Siemens Building Technologies, is the Operating Division of Siemens AG, is a global electronics and information technology company. Siemens Building Technologies is active in the field of Building automation systems, fire safety and building security. Mr. Nazirides role included the concentration to local and state government vertical market for design-build construction services; aka energy performance contracting. Representing the company’s interests within the vertical to expand market share and profitability for other Siemens business located in Pennsylvania.

Custom Energy Services, LLC, a ConEdison Solutions Company, is a vendor-independent energy services company specializing in a wide range of energy efficiency solutions. Its services are focused on identifying and implementing energy and operational cost-saving ideas, while improving the quality of facilities for public and private sector clients nationwide. Mr. Nazirides was recruited by CES as their 2nd employee to open their east coast operations as a start-up. Participating in a vital role of the growth to a $50MM business till the acquisition made by ConEdison. Represented bundled services encompassing electricity supply, financial risk management consulting services, multi-year metering and monitoring, facility outsourcing, alternative power generation, and water conservation to health care, higher education, & large C & I accounts.

Johnson Controls is a multinational conglomerate producing automotive parts such as batteries and HVAC equipment, to optimize efficiencies of buildings, automotive batteries, electronics and interior systems for automobiles. Mr. Nazirides was recruited from college to become the first member of the Energy Efficiency/ESCO team for the Philadelphia office. Working under the building automation division focused on new EPC business development for health care, higher education, and life sciences vertical business. Leading the team efforts for all large scale design-build projects financed through energy savings.
