Head of Business Operations, responsibilities include delivery of all operations aspects for UK & Global events, managing teams, negotiation & liaising with suppliers and venues. Overall control of the Operations budgets and involvement in year round budget processes. Leading on HR, training and guidance to full team to implement best practices across the whole business. Strategic input onto special projects including marketing, event management, acquisitions & company growth.

Responsible for the Operations and HR of UK and Global portfolio of national and international B2B exhibitions. Overall control of the Operations with budget responsibility for all shows and all tenancy agreements. Since joining I made substantial savings through solid negotiation, and I continue to drive savings both on-site and in the office. Worked on new acquisitions and play a integral role in developing existing shows in a business development capacity.

In charge of overseeing the centres portfolio of exhibitions including three art exhibitions and two commercial fairs. Responsible for sales targets being hit on principle activities of hire and education. Researching potential gaps in the market with regard to education and programming for the centre. Responsible for all budgets, payroll, Tax calculations and general bookkeeping.

Music AgencyA start-up company for the management of arts, musicians and producers. Full budget responsibility for projects and P & L. Principal activities included the initial launch of the company, advertisement campaigns compositions, representation of two record companies and assisting in placements in film, television and advertising campaigns. I achieved my goal of building a strong reputation in the industry for the company, which continues to trade.
