My leadership style is relational and catalytic, in part, because I recognize the deep truth in that saying: many hands make light work. What makes me an innovator, though, is not that I have all the answers, but rather that I know how to bring together people who have pieces of a solution – and how to facilitate the discovery of how each piece fits.
