For the past 8 years I’ve been at the front of the Operations Department representing the Manufacturing and Distribution of a Global company that provides solution to the pharmaceutical sciences. I have led projects that have improve the process of waste reduction and income growth for the company. I also introduced ABS culture to the operations of Puerto Rico location leading the first A3 project which reduced 34% of inventory adjustments vs the prior year. Worked closely with global experts to achieve our goal to improve days in transit from USA to PR for our A3 project. I am very passionate about giving everyone the tools they need to achieve rock star results. I have also improved communication with internal and external customer to elevate our customer intimacy. Finding creative solutions, improving processes, and making wonderful things happen fulfill my days! Same as empowering others to believe to believe in their capacities and help them to get to the next level. I was awarded the President Club Award at global level and Employee of the Year at a local level in Puerto Rico location. I am fully bilingual English and Spanish, love being a Latina, love my family and enjoy wine in good company.
