-Co-founded and co-chaired Curtis Council for Inclusive Excellence to explore and address systemic racism in Philadelphia, the Curtis community and the classical music industry.-Designed and introduced annual training programs that provided deeper context for teaching, developing, and interacting with all students of varying backgrounds.-Championed and fostered institutional culture of open dialogue, collaborative solutions and defined objectives with a sense of humanity and belonging that guided institution toward collaborative problem-solving.-Served as artistic and institutional representative with respect to various grants and performance project proposals, and oversaw the scope of performances, repertoire and guest artists.-Broadened the pool of prospective young musicians to include more students of color through Curtis Summerfest.

-Created new processes and introduced new technology to better balance student chamber music obligations and schoolwide projects, while implementing web-based platform for institute-wide usage that provided transparency and ease between facility usage and booking, as well as individual calendar use.-Engineered balanced program budgets that propelled musical artistry, expanded learning and amplified the impact to musicians and learners from across the globe, while consistently exceeding annual earned revenue goals.-Constructed critical learning pathways and exposure for Philadelphia School District students and Curtis students to guest artists of color.-Created annual national competitions in Canada, and in the Americas (Chile, Costa Rica, Venezuela and Mexico) for young musicians to attend Summerfest on full scholarship.

-Established new protocols in reporting, balancing and creating accountability with various departmental budget managers.-Provided expertise, guidance and logistical oversight to expanded touring initiatives, as well as off-campus performances.-Trained and developed highly effective artistic department and summer staff and faculty to provide a professional and enriching musical education in performance, which included an emphasis on balance, well-being and frequent and open dialogue.

- Created new revenue stream with Curtis Summerfest, with the opening of a new facility which provided critical financial support to the institution.- Developed Curtis Summerfest over a nine-year period into a full eleven-week summer session of classical music education for musicians of all ages and varying skill levels.-Developed procedures and protocols, executed sales and managed internal and external programs, and facility rentals.-Provided logistical expertise and planning to high-profile internal events.

-Built and cultivated various volunteer committees to continue to instill excitement, urgency and inspiration for giving and attending special events. -Introduced streamlined efficiencies in event planning through creation of thorough working timelines, expense tracking and reporting, event pricing scenarios, and electronic seating practices.-Managed all logistics of dignitary visit of His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall to the 150th Academy of Music Anniversary Concert & Ball.

-Managed orchestra operations, personnel and library departments including the oversight of all concert operations (domestic and foreign) to promote efficiency, and responsiveness.-Maintained annual budgets of orchestra personnel, orchestra operations and library departments to ensure cost effectiveness.-Served as a key contributor to collective bargaining that resulted in long-term, sustainable agreements.
