Worked closely with clients on Chief Executive, Top Management and Board Member Positions across the Financial Services Industry (Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Real Estate, Fintech, Financial Officers) for Mexico and Latin America.• Development of the position specification requirements, search strategy and target companies.• End to end Candidate development: candidate identification and sourcing, attracting and assessing candidates, reports production, reference gathering, degree verification, candidate/client constant and clear communication.• Candidate presentation to internal and external clients.• Working with cross-border engagements and candidates in Europe, the United States and Latin America, as well as reporting to different Partners across the globe.• Provide support for business development initiatives, as well as preparing for business development meetings.- Mexico’s Success Coach; working closely with Global Leaders and the Application Development team to implement and improve the new H&S data driven software.- Leader of the Learning & Development committee in the Mexico City Office.
