I have been in the hospitality sector going on 15 plus years ,and trough out this time have learned and accomplished quite a bit with regards to running a business and dealing with staff from all walks of life .Currently I am assistant resteraunt manager at Angelina Paris -Jeddha KSA , we have opened the biggest Angelina in the franchise with more than 600 seats in a upper class fine dining establishment .Before this I worked in South Africa training Chefs and B.O.H/F.O.H staff proper hygiene protocals and teaching chefs .I also worked on menu engineering and recipe costing .A highlight for me in this position was being part of the team who got to make up a new menu and market it to the public with great succes .In my years spent as General Manager I have also been very involved with cost controls ,budgets and staff training .
