As an advocate for healthcare services in Ghana, I lead efforts to improve the supply chain providing medical equipment to hospitals and health centers.I provide leadership to a team of 25 who develop and implement programs and performance management projects aimed at increasing consistent availability of medical supplies. Leading all aspects of the projects, including scope, plan, tasks, and timeline, I communicate goals and coach team members. As the face of these efforts, I partner with stakeholders during the conception of projects and programs to ensure all goals are met.These two selected accomplishments show the value I bring in leading program efforts for Organizational Development in addition to supply chain efforts:★ Initiated and designed an organization and performance management system with elements including data collection, employee appraisal protocols, and expectations in alignment with corporate goals. ★ Created an employee development process for new hires with elements for progressive learning, including a rotational assignment structure to learn core skills critical to job performance.

Bringing recruiting experience from multiple industries, led interview and onboarding processes for this leading Post-Acute Care facility. planned, organized, and executing interviewing processes and procedures to meet staffing goals for the organization. Also evaluated and improved current processes, including leading strategy reviews, documenting best practices, and developing recommendations.One specific area I examined was to analyze recruiting resources. I was able to recommend and achieve re-prioritization of resources to support the recruiting process.

At Nestle, I provided direct support to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management for global staffing. As a new function was being established, I led the development of the hiring process, researched local labor markets, and developed compensation packages to ensure competitive hiring for managers and executives.I also provided support for employee development programs designed specifically to support talent management and retention goals. Brought expertise in recruiting and hiring processes to create staffing budgets, and manage costs throughout resourcing the new function.
