The primarily objective of the CIK is to encourage and support research and publications, related to management, development, and growth of the ME, CA, and NA regions. For its 6th international conference i had the honour to being part of the organizational team, as the Marketing Event Coordinator. The conference was co-sponsored by, Bentley University, ESCA School of Business, Mohammed V University (UM5), Southern New Hampshire University, Suffolk University, University of Rhode Island, and Uninove University, Brazil.My main missions were the: -Organization of the complete program-Contact and invitation of heads of international institutions and universities-Contact and project management with the press-Preparation and watch over the smooth running of the event which lasted three successive days

One thing is certain, in a startup you never get bored. The pace of work will always be high and the activities that you will find yourself doing always different. It is important to be focused on the goals set in the area in which you work, but in a startup you must also have a good dose of flexibility.
