Put simply, wisdom is achieved through unlearning just as much as it is achieved through learning, and I hope to be a part of both. A little about me: I'm a recent graduate from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's in Sociology! I am passionate about education on sex, sexuality, and gender through a sociological lens, and am looking to work with an organization that facilitates community outreach, advocacy, and education. My interests are in teaching people to make informed decisions, adeptly navigate consent, and empowering people to advocate for reproductive justice and sexual health. My pre-college years in IT have afforded me excellent computer literacy, and the ability to explain complex ideas in digestible terms. I currently work as an assistant at Basic Diversity Inc., gathering statistics and demographic information on a myriad of topics for use in company literature and presentations, Through this position, and through my schooling, I have been able to hone my skills in statistical data analysis, critical thinking, communication, and cross-cultural understanding. I look forward to growing in all of these areas as my career progresses.
