I have been in the radio industry for almost 30 years, mainly as a presenter at stations such as Orchard FM, GWR FM Swindon, Spirit FM, TFM, Galaxy, Choice FM etc.I have sold radio advertising for various stations since 2006. After spending two years in the community radio sector at Your Prescap, I have also worked as an Account Manager at The Bee/2BR, a collection of commercial stations under the UKRD Group banner. I've worked for a short spell in print media as telesales, then on Business Development for Pendlewood Limited of Skelmersdale, building relationships with contractors, landscape architects, schools, end users that wish to specify, tender for or purchase all aspects of street furniture, children's playground equipment, bespoke joinery, shelters. A move to my home county of Devon meant that I worked at Radio Exe as Account Manager from September 2013 to March 2015. I then went full time self employed with Love Audio, producing on-hold marketing messages, video narration and voice over work. 3rd January 2017, I was employed by Celador Radio as a presenter at The Breeze South Devon. Celador Radio have now been fully acquired by Bauer Media and are in the process of integrating the Celador Radio brands into their own, along with three other radio groups across the UK. My role there finishes on 31st July 2020, when I will be returning to full-time self employment running Love Audio.
