-Responsible for managing all aspects of the bar's day to day operations.-Supervising all aspects of daily operations for the bar team.-Handling inventory & ordering of beverage, bar glassware, equipment & tools.-Training and providing guidance on various beverages for the bar team.-Collaborating with suppliers and distributors to develop co-branding, low-cost marketing tool, to increase brand awareness.-Prioritizing the consistency for all service procedure, cocktails, and food to be served as per the standards.-Increased the sales of non-moving liquor by proper upselling to maintain the beverage cost of the bar.
