I processed new and old investment account applications for brokers, W9s, IRAs and Inter-Vivos Trusts. Created a training manual that was utilized in my dept. and adopted by my company's Trading dept. Received a nice bonus check for my creative ideas.

I was a secretary to a lieutenant at the Arizona National Guard in building 103. I also was the liaison between the Guard and the Media regarding Wildland Fires and Floods, responsible for maintaining and providing area maps for Black Hawk rescue missions, administrative support for ADEM, etc. Trained at EMT to help save lives.

Worked in Accounting coding Arizona State statute laws, performed administrative duties and issued checks to commissioners.

Worked with the Assistant Director as an administrative support to the department.
