The administrative assistant student at Conestoga College is actively working part-time as a packager at Maple Leaf Foods, a food factory. In addition to their hands-on experience, I will be undergoing a placement at World Financial Groups in Mississauga from January. This unique combination of roles provides me with a comprehensive skill set. My work at Maple Leaf Foods involves packaging responsibilities, and gaining insights into manufacturing processes and organizational logistics. Simultaneously, the placement at World Financial Groups will expose me to the financial sector, where I will be involved in administrative tasks related to financial planning, client services, or general office management. This dual experience not only enhances my administrative skills but also offers a well-rounded perspective on different industries, fostering adaptability and versatility in my professional development.
