• Conduct client meetings and monthly operational reviews to address security concerns and service performance.• Manage daily operations across contract sites, ensuring compliance, quality, and professional security services.• Plan and coordinate staff deployment and rostering for assigned sites.• Support Operations Managers and Site Security Supervisors in handling complaints and operational issues.• Respond to emergencies 24/7 and prepare reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.• Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and After-Action Reviews for incidents.• Deliver on-the-job training for new hires and update site SOPs to align with current operations.• Manage workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.• Schedule training and security exercises to meet Company, PLRD, and PWM standards.• Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel.• Review and enhance security procedures as needed.• Perform additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager or Director.

• To assist supervisors in leading the command and control of the unit• Ensuring records are archived and available for retrievals• Ensure that the security features are functional and regularly maintained to prevent any form of compromise • Track and update the operational skillsets of officers• Update and submit applications for allowances• Monitor and maintain the essential operational services to ensure it is not hindered• Manage and maintain records of expenditure• Manage the procurement of all essential logistical supply for the unit by creating, managing and monitoring ITQ and PO• Manage IT-related issues for the unit and its necessary follow-up• Execute implementation of new procedures and processes• Coordinate and plan for rectification or improvement works by working closely with contractors for a plan of action plus anticipation of issues and proposal of feasible solutions• Process the collation and tabulation of volumes of data, analysing the datasets and present it in a digestible manner• Represent the unit in meetings with stakeholders and record MOM• Conduct briefing sessions to communicate action plans• Prepare presentation materials• Monitor outstanding issues from meetings and follow-up with respective parties• Coordinate the ad-hoc preparation of reports required by supervisors• Coordinate and facilitate discussions with the officers• Obtain preliminary facts for incidents/complaints• Retrieval of records for court proceedings• Monitor and review new processes for rectification • Other duties such as participation in events, secretariat, coordination and planning works of ad-hoc developmental projects

Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Ensure law and order in the court room and intervene if necessary• Attend to incidents that happen within State Courts• Performing escort duties within the buildings for accused persons• Linking up with the court officers to perform video conferencing duties• Assist Regional Lock-up with ensuring the safety and needs of the accused persons being housed are met• Overseeing the housing clusters of the accused and ensure timely intervention if needed• Plan accused persons housing lot to aid in investigations• Ensure accused persons’ properties are kept in a safe and secured environment• Ensuring the papers for accused persons are in order before releasing

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:• Responding to 999 calls• Conducting routine checks at known hotspots for incidents• Projecting police presence• Consolidating and assisting in report lodging• Ensure equipment and logistics are in order• Performing spot-checks on members of the public• Assist with plainclothes operations• Increase Police presence by performing In-Situ Reaction Team roles• De-escalation and mediation during incidents
