Arsenal Fest is a music festival in Kragujevac with a lot of different types of musicians. My job contained being with the performers, making sure that they had everything they need during the day until the moment of the show. I planned their time throughout the day, took them around the city, book the accommodation, talked to the press etc. Also, I did some promotions of the festival, mostly street promotions also in different cities. Those promotions implied presenting the festival in best way I could, persuading people why they should come to the festival, talking to the press, giving interviews etc.
