My Job Duties at FirstService Residential while working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist are-• Daily recruiting for various openings in Service Sector, mainly hiring for Security Concierge and Housekeeping Roles.• Screen resumes for suitability and fit and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.• Create, review and post job postings using ADP and Indeed. Using Indeed Search Tiers to directly source candidates.• Facilitate the job offer process including creation of offer letters and processing background checks.• Create and maintain recruitment analytics and metrics, Weekly Open positions, and Blue-Chip Report.• Properly document the talent acquisition process for each job opening to ensure compliance with best practices and review to determine areas of opportunity.• Providing Support during the employee lifecycle including supporting managers with interviews, onboarding, attendance management, training, employee relations, benefits and offboarding.• Participating in the Development and implementation of effective programs in all areas of Human Resources including employee/labour relations, engagement, learning and retention.• Networking with Job Developers and hosting Job/ Career Fairs to attract potential candidates and advertise Company’s Values. • Work with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, educating them on the recruitment process, interview techniques and selection criteria, and managing the flow and quality of candidates.• As a member of Occupational Health and Safety Committee ensuring the workplace is safe from any hazards that can lead to injuries.
