Guided and mentored the summer 2022 participants of the Take the Leap program for Queen's University School of Graduate Studies. Take The Leap is an Award-Winning Program developed to ground emerging leaders in purpose and prosperity since 2019 with a mix of academics, well-being and character development. As a mentor I was responsible to host weekly meetings for a small cohort of participants to engage with the course material as well as build community with each other. Also, I provided support throughout the week via online forms and discussions or one-on-one reflections so that they could achieve all the course objectives.

In the Winter 2022, I joined the Take the Leap! Make an Impact Program and Leapster Community and became a Certified Leapster!Take the Leap! Is an Award-Winning Program that grounds emerging leaders in purpose and prosperity since 2019.The first-of-its kind curriculum supplements any program of study for students at every level. Take the Leap! brings balance: mix of academics, well-being and character development.I have successfully achieved the goal of completing the program with a living legacy plan that reflects a deep vision grounded in meaning and purpose.At the end of the program I am able to use the growth framework to:------> Acquire self-assessment skills which lead to purpose-focused decisions------> Enhance clarity, engagement, and resilience in navigating life choices------> Apply purpose-grounded choices in 95% of decisions when uncertainty occurs

Project Coordinator for the Guadagni (G) Lounge Revitalization.Develop action plans (timelines, budgets, responsibilities, etc.) for the various ideas emanatingfrom the stakeholder group and consultations that took place in the 2019-2020 academic year;Work with stakeholder/ideas groups to further their plans for the G Lounge;Identify ways to get the Concordia community (specifically the Loyola community) involved inthe project.At project’s end, produce a report detailing the action taken, successes, learnings andrecommendations going forward.
