100% Remote contract opportunity supporting a six-month project with AMAZON. I sourced candidates utilizing social media and other Internet tools, cold calling, advertising and networking. Utilized LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, etc. efficiently to build candidate pipelines. Responsible for building and maintaining a network of candidates. Conducted pre-screens and filtered qualified candidates to Hiring Manager for review. Extended offers once candidates were selected and appropriate testing was completed.

I actively recruited internal candidates to fulfill open requisitions, posted open requisitions in Taleo, on-boarded all company new hires, processed internal hires from Taleo to Hire in SAP, scheduled multiple interviews across hiring teams, and interfaced with hiring managers throughout the interview process to assure all recruiting needs were met.

I posted open requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), scheduled candidate travel, requested third-party postings and assisted with cleaning up discrepancies and adjudicating background checks for all new joiners.

I performed a variety of duties directly supporting the field and in-office Recruiters by ensuring that such support occured in a timely, orderly, efficient, and professional manner. Scheduled interviews, booked travel and processed candidate reimbursements.

I provided support to members of the Global Workforce Planning team by posting jobs; creating offer letters; onboarding new hires; resume sourcing/reviewing; scheduling candidate interviews and arranging travel. I also worked with the campus recruiting team to schedule on-campus events and in-office interview days; including catering and lodging arrangements. I helped control the inventory of recruitment materials and promotional items and shipping materials for recruitment events.

I served as the Recruiting Assistant on several different platforms at Accenture. I've supported over 25+ Recruiters who were responsible for all stages of lifecycle; recruiting experienced level candidates. I was responsible for scheduling interviews, booking candidate travel, sourcing candidates, planning and facilitating interview days for multiple candidates and assisting in the process of onboarding new hires.
