The eStrategy & Portfolio Management team is the strategic muscle and the spokes persons for e-Mobility solutions at Scania. Our main responsibility is to guide and challenge the e-Mobility and Scania organization to take the right decisions towards a sustainable future. As a Logistics Developer I have been a part of the E-Mobility team and developed logistical concepts for the new electrical transmission line. Scania has made a strong commitment in launching an electrified product every year, the coming years. Therefore I have been responsible of developing and challenging the logistic concept in order to realize these new introductions of electrified products. My daily work has varied from high to low; mainly Change Management projects such as new layout changes, planning of investments in new logistics solutions, and presenting concepts to various levels of steering groups but also purchasing of new equipment, risk assessments, and installation. In other words, there is a mix of work close to the production and taking part in strategic challenges that affect the higher business organization.

During the consulting cycle I had the primary contact with the non-profit organization as well as other stakeholders. As a Team Leader I drove and supported a group of four. By planning meetings, workshops and other helpful tools, I drove the team and project against a solution and excellent recommendations for the client. Project: Vildakidz is a non-profit organization arranged by a family of four. Vildakidz helps 3000 kids every year by arranging 200 activities all year around. Vildakidz want to help more kids but time is a limited factor. The purpose with the project was to create a strategy for Vildakidz to establish more helping hands and make their processes more efficient. By analyzing the organization, client contact, interviews with other stakeholders and a marketing survey the team presented excellent recommendation through a final report and presentation.

By analyzing target needs and reachable platforms through market surveys, client contacts and other helping tools we finally could completed our recommendations.
