I got the opportunity to work with the S&OP team with a project to investigate how to set targets and follow up targets on the warehouse in Järna, as well as how to optimize the S&OP process. Trainee project 2 – Unibake UBI – Health and nutrition concept – CopenhagenThis project was divided into three different parts: base lining all the bread based on health characteristics and implement these in the product information management system, mapping all trade organizations the markets of Unibake are working with, and suggest a strategy of how to building public opinion about bread as a healthy meal. The third part was connected to a communication strategy for healthy bread. Trainee project 3 – Swecon – business analyst mySwecon customer webapp- Stockholm/EskilstunamySwecon, the new digital customer portal, is one among other strategic initiatives Swecon is working on right now. To ensure that Swecon is considering digital features in both short term and long term, I investigated the possibility of a future premium version of mySwecon, and working as acceptance test leader.Trainee project 4 – Agriculture – Follow-up and forecasting of operating capital – Malmö Emphazise more focus on the operating capital in the organization of Agriculture. My assignment was to create awareness, make tools to enable the operating capital process more efficient and easy. Strategic Group Assignment – Biochar business caseTogether with two of the other trainees, I am investigating whether Lantmännen should produce and sell biochar. This is a cross functional project between Agriculture and Agrovärme. Main learning: How to tackle a business case when you know nothing about the area
